EUBC boasts a thriving social scene with last year being the biggest ever in terms of social events. This is set to continue into next year and will no doubt be helped with the new wave of fresher’s coming through. Everyone from social to elite players joins in with all the events meaning everyone and anyone should feel welcome to come along.
Our club sessions are on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings so please do come along to them. Boteco is calling our name after Wednesday sessions. Whether you stay till 2 am and take a trip to hive, or just come to say hi, please drop by as the more people there the merrier. Open mic night at Boteco happily coincides with our club nights and participation is highly encouraged, although I would suggest having a few drinks before partaking.
Throughout the year we’ll be putting on plenty of social events for everyone to join in with. Last year we had nearly 100 people turn up to these events so come along and join in. We’ll start off with the families social at the start of the year. This is a great way to meet all members of the club, you’ll get to choose two older members of the club who will be your ‘parents’ for the night and will ensure you have a top night, so be on the lookout for any potential parents. Various other events including pub golf, the Christmas meal and of course the SU ball will occur over the course of the year, all topped off with the prestigious BOSCARS Awards ceremony.
